Rick, a seasoned 25+ year entertainment industry contributor, leads the team as Creative Director. From concept to completion, he shapes bespoke content for live events, linear, streaming, social, consumer products & retail applications.

Prior to founding State Of Flux Creative, Rick was Co-Owner and Creative Director of perceptional production for 9 years. Earlier in his career, Rick was a Principal Owner / Senior Editor - Producer at Creative Bubble, where he personally edited and produced a wide array of high profile campaigns, image spots, & interstitials for media giants such as Nickelodeon, USA Network, TV Land, Food Network, Disney, SYFY, HBO, Spike, Discovery Kids & King Features Syndicate. In addition, he assisted with the day-to-day company operation and future planning. Rick cut his industry teeth as a staff Producer for Viacom’s Nickelodeon / Nick at Nite / TV Land, where he also served as Writer, Director & Avid Editor.

Rick’s fascination with all genres of music inspires him to launch each product to a unique level of experimentation and variety. His creative approach is even further enhanced by intense quality control and completeness.
 


JOSHUA BRAUNSTEIN
EXECUTIVE PRODUCER


Josh is an accomplished creative executive with 25+ years of experience crafting award-winning multi-platform content and campaigns. As Executive Producer, he specializes in developing creative strategy, storytelling & positioning while translating enhanced outcomes for key stakeholders.

In addition to partnering with State Of Flux Creative, Josh founded his own creative agency Ignite Creative LLC in 2022. Earlier in his career, Josh was SVP for the Global Consumer Products team at ViacomCBS, pioneering the Franchise Story Group. He managed all creative strategy, video content and industry events across the consumer products portfolio of IP for Nickelodeon, Nick Jr., Comedy Central, MTV, CBS & Paramount supporting brand licensing, franchise planning & retail. Josh began his executive journey as SVP for Nickelodeon’s Movie Advertising / Corporate Content department where he led two distinct teams. His duties included pitching and executing integrated video campaigns for studio partners with movie and series talent to drive consumers to the theaters. He also spearheaded the development of video content to market new live action, animated series & films for all Nickelodeon corporate presentations & industry events.

Josh has a passion for strategic video storytelling and developing content to build brands. His calculated technique consistently elevates franchises and secures partnerships for corporate clients worldwide.
